1.2 WorkcenterAI is a digital Service, the company’s AI tools to automate and support of office processes, offering (for example, analysis, summaries, process-generators, etc.).
1.3 Differing, conflicting or supplementary terms and conditions of the customer do not enter the contract, unless the supplier has expressly agreed to their validity in writing.
2.1 The provider provides the customer with digital services in the Form of AI Tools available on a Credit System based.
2.2 The specific descriptions of performance are apparent from the description on the Website or the active Tool pages.
3.1, The customer will receive after registration and Login is successful access to WorkcenterAI and the posted Credits.
3.2 The provider will endeavour to provide high availability of the service, accepts no liability for short-term or long-term non-availability, which is caused, for example, due to maintenance, malfunctions of any third party or force majeure.
4.1 The use of WorkcenterAI requires registration via the Online form.
4.2 The contract is concluded when the customer confirms the order of the selected Credit package, and the provider accepts this order.
5.1 WorkcenterAI uses a Credit Systemin which each use of a tool to a specific number of Credits. The number of Credits is displayed prior to use.
5.2 Credits are only successful execution of a request deducted.
5.3 Credits expire not and are not subject to any timing as long as the Account is active.
5.4 Credits are not transferable, not as a means of payment outside WorkcenterAI usable and not refundable, unless statutory provisions, see something else in front of.
6.1 The price of Credit packages the product in the booking process.
6.2 The billing is carried out via the built-in WooCommerce-Checkout. The displayed prices incl apply. statutory value-added tax.
6.3 payments are due immediately. The provider reserves the right to block access for late payment.
7.1 right of withdrawal for digital services:
As WorkcenterAI digital services without physical delivery provides and access immediately after the conclusion of the contract, and there is no right of withdrawal once the performance is completed (cf. § 356 Abs. 5 BGB).
7.2 The customer expressly declares that the provider starts with the execution of the digital services (e.g., provision of access, credited in the Credits) before the expiry of the revocation period. As a result, the right of withdrawal expires.
8.1 The customer is obliged to provide truthful and complete information to make.
8.2 The customer may not need the service for any unlawful content or purposes.
8.3 The customer is solely responsible for his / her access data, and must treat as confidential.
9.1 to the Extent that content (e.g., texts, and documents) from customers in WorkcenterAI be entered, this will remain the customer.
9.2 results are generated from the AI Tools that may be used by the customer for business purposes, without affecting the rights of the party to be transferred.
9.3 The provider grants the customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the results.
10.1 The supplier shall be liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.
10.2 In the case of simple negligence, the liability to foreseeable, shall be limited to typical damage.
10.3 The liability for slight negligence for the violation of essential contractual obligations is excluded.
10.4 to the Extent permitted by law, the company accepts no responsibility for technical accuracy, availability or specific results of the AI Tools.
11.1 information regarding the processing of personal data and on the use of WorkcenterAI are to be found in the privacy policy, which is available on the Website, and a part of these terms and conditions.
11.2. The seller is bound by the privacy provisions (e.g. DSGVO) must be observed.
12.1 Amendments to the terms and conditions of the customer communicated in a timely manner. In the case of contradiction, the contractual relationship is terminated.
