If you are a consumer, you have the right, within fourteen (14) days without giving reasons this contract to be revoked.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by Post or E-Mail) about your decision, this contract to revoke, inform. You can use the below model cancellation form use, however, is not required. 

To comply with the revocation period it is sufficient that the communication concerning the exercise of the revocation right before the expiry of the revocation period.

Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke this contract, we have you all payments that we have received from you without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which to repay, on which the notification of your revocation of this contract was received by us. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment . 

Special note for digital content and digital services (premature termination)

In the case of contracts for the supply of digital content or. digital services, which is not on a physical data carrier to be supplied (for example, providing a user account, the activation and credit of Credits), the following applies:

your right of withdrawal expires, if we with the execution of the contract has begun, after

1. you have explicitly consented to, that we are ahead of the expiry of the withdrawal period, the execution of the Treaty, start, and

2. You have confirmed your knowledge that you lose your consent with the beginning of the execution of the agreement, your right of withdrawal.

Note: In the case of WorkcenterAI, the execution starts typically with the provision of access / credited in the Credits / activation of the digital functions.
